Project Methodology
Flexibility
With an in-depth understanding of methodology, experience, and the flexibility to meet our customers needs, Saragosta will apply the best processes to your project to ensure success.

Process Foundation
While analysis, design, development, and validation are each essential steps in the project development process, the key component is early, frequent, and quality feedback between all project participants. Feedback can take you from any step in the process, to revisit any other step at any time.
While analysis is always the first activity, analysis can and should be revisited throughout the project life cycle. This is true of the solution design, development, and validation activities as well.
The key component to secure project success is early, frequent, and quality feedback. It is this feedback which informs all other steps in the project. The process is circular: while there is a standard order of activities, any activity may be revisited at any time based on feedback and validation.
Process Activities
While the exact process we utilize on the individual customer project may vary, depending on the level of need for locked in requirements or schedule every project will involve these steps in some way:
Analyze
Building a common understanding regarding project goals, project scope, measures of success, schedule/budget, user types, scenarios for use, project risks, and more is the first step.
Needs Analysis
To start all new projects, we begin with a consultation to determine the best course of action. Generally a quick process, determining the customers needs is critical to successfully completing any project large or small.
Requirements Next we determine the detail of what is being created: who the users are, what the final outcome should do, and how should it behave. This step can result in informal documents and prototypes or formal and detailed documents depending on the situation.
Design
Maintainable solutions and initiatives that meet client requirements depend on adequate time spent on design. Whether this is formal functional specifications, or done based on a prototyping-feedback cycle, this step is essential.
Develop
This is historically known as the "heads-down" building phase, yet we continually seek validation to ensure that the final project meets requirements. In some instances, the feedback needs us to revisit the analysis phase. Based on client needs and the best practices for the situation, the solution building may happen simultaneously with the requirements and design phases.
Validate
Testing is done continuously throughout the project. Documents are reviewed, functionality tested by all parties during solution building and when complete.
Implement
Roll-out is planned with the customer project board and is supported by Saragosta consultants and project managers, addressing both technical and organisational change management issues.
Maintain
Process and solution documentation is created and a formal knowledge and solution transfer activity is planned and carried out. Identification of validation points for project delivery and project success are scheduled
