Saragosta and BDD
This concept is Saragosta's implementation of Business Desktop Deployment (BDD) and contains many years' concentrated experience and know-how. The diagram shows in which sectors the concept works.
FastTrack is available in two forms, FastTrack Standard Edition and FastTrack Enterprise Edition. The Standard Edition mainly aims at mid-sized companies, while Enterprise Edition primarily aims at major groups and global companies.


FastTrack
FastTrack is the standardised client platform based on Mcrosoft Windows XP. FastTrack ensures that the user and PC are updated in accordance with the applicable standards. FastTrack includes an administration delegation tool and automated installation of the operating system, application distribution, inventory and reporting. FastTrack also contains "Best Practice" documentation for Active Directory, Site Design, Microsoft Terminal Servers, plus operation and administration. FastTrack is the technology-related implementation of Microsoft's BDD.
FastAccess
FastAccess is the concept for safe access to resources for users connecting internally or externally. The concept includes quarantine management, encrypting email, LAN-to-LAN communication and Wireless. FastAccess is the security-related implementation of BDD.
AppLine
AppLine is the application management process. AppLine helps customers with everything from MSI packaging to taking total responsibility for the application's lifecycle. AppLine is the application-oriented implementation of BDD.
OnTrack
OnTrack is the methodology for rolling-out client infrastructure. OnTrack includes general plans, communication packages and tools for follow-ups, preparation and planning. OnTrack is the methodological implementation of BDD.
Tuning
Tuning is the concept for follow-ups and producing planned effects following the change to a new client platform.
Saragosta Support
Saragosta Support is our internal organisation for providing daily assistance to client platforms, and maintaining the various concepts. The support covers two main areas:
